The fastest way to improve this site is to tell us when it is wrong.
Write to hello@roomsandrides.com. Say which of the below it is and it reaches the right person faster. Give it a day or two.
Corrections
Found a stale price, a rule that has changed, a broken link, or a call you think is simply wrong? Say so. Reader corrections are the quickest quality control a small operation has.
It helps if you can include the page, the specific claim, and what you believe the right answer is. A link to the source is even better.
We fix errors promptly. Where a correction changes the recommendation, we note it at the foot of the page with the date, as set out in the editorial policy.
Questions about your own situation
We cannot advise on individual claims. The passenger-rights guides explain how the rules work in general, but we are not lawyers and we do not know the specifics of your flight, your booking, or your contract.
For a specific claim, the free routes are the airline first, then the national enforcement body for the country you departed from, or in the UK the Civil Aviation Authority or the airline’s dispute resolution scheme. Those are described in the guides themselves.
Press and permissions
Quoting us for review, comment or news reporting is fine with a credit and a link. For anything more substantial, including republishing an article, ask first.
If you are a journalist looking for the working behind a figure we published, ask and we will share it.
Commercial enquiries
The site currently carries no advertising and no affiliate links. That will change, and when it does the terms will be published at how we make money.
What will not change: nobody can buy a placement, a ranking, a review score, or a softened verdict. If that is what you are writing about, this will be a short conversation.
Privacy
For anything to do with your data, including access, correction or deletion requests, see the privacy policy and write to us here. We respond within one month.
How to reach us
hello@roomsandrides.com is the address, and it is read by a person.
There is no phone line to publish. One person writes this site, and a number nobody answers is worse than no number.
We read everything. We reply to most things.
